With the release of Captain America, and the upcoming release of Rise of The Planet of The Apes and the awesomely epic looking Smurfs movie, the Cineplex sure is full of movie magic this summer. With all this cinematic excitement we thought it was time to conceive some more great movies yet to be released!

Time On My Hands

A basketball team must make it to the playoffs or will be sold to another city. They start to win when their team manager discovers he can freeze time with magic pair of gloves, stopping game play and making sure the ball goes in the hole. The team gets angry when they find out and “want to win one on their own.”

Money Grows on Trees

Down on his luck a young guy prays for a miracle to help his family. He plants a magical tree that he discovers actually does grow money! Thinking he is saved he must ward off all of his friends and neighbors who would want to take away his money growing tree- he was better off without it!

Super Fan

The biggest football fan in the world is hell bent on seeing his favorite team win the Super Bowl. To do so he constructs a super powered fan that he wears under his jacket, which when he turns on literally blows the other team away! Now he must spend thousands of dollars of his own money to follow the team around the country and ensure they make it to the big game!

Test Drive

Larry, an old school car salesmen is on his last day before retiring from the car business for good. He takes a customer out for what he emotionally realizes may be his very last test drive. Only instead of going for a drive around the block his customer turns out to be a wanted criminal who jumps on the highway, holding Larry hostage and heading for the border. At first Larry is scared, but soon finds the whole thing exhilarating. Larry’s salesman techniques kick in and he has to talk his captor into “upgrading” from car theft and kidnapping into an all out rampage.

Dream Job

Derrick is a young guy out of college having trouble finding a job. Only when he falls asleep at night he keeps having a reoccurring dream where he is working at his “dream job” as a video game tester. As the dreams continue he begins to develop a whole dream awesome life, dating a beautiful girl and having great friends. Only his real life only gets worse as he starts to sleep longer, wanting to spend more time at his dream job. Eventually Derrick’s hold on reality begins to slip; which is the dream and which is his real life?
